Prairie Property Reset helps property owners, realtors, landlords, property managers, and residential clients get spaces back to clean, clear, usable condition without having to coordinate multiple vendors.

Founded by Karissa Donnell, Prairie Property Reset is built around reliability, communication, and follow-through. Karissa is a registered nurse with more than a decade of experience in high-responsibility, detail-driven work, and that background shapes how we approach every property: noticing what needs attention, protecting the client’s time, and helping the space feel cared for again.

We focus on the in-between work that often gets missed: rental turnover cleaning, move-out resets, post-construction cleanup, light junk removal, yard and flower bed cleanup, garage or patio cleanup, and small property-ready touch-ups.

Our goal is simple: help take a property from messy, unfinished, or overwhelming to clean, clear, and ready for its next use.
