About Prairie Property Reset

Oklahoma-Owned. Built to Take Care of the Property.

Prairie Property Reset is an Oklahoma-owned commercial property services company providing recurring property care, specialty commercial cleaning, and post-construction cleaning for businesses, property owners, property managers, and contractors.

We built Prairie around a simple idea: commercial properties need more than individual vendors completing isolated tasks. They need people who pay attention to the property, communicate when something needs attention, and take responsibility for doing the work well.

Nurse-Owned. Detail-Driven.

Prairie was founded by Karissa Donnell, a registered nurse with more than a decade of experience working in environments where preparation, documentation, safety awareness, communication, and attention to detail matter.

That background influences how Prairie operates today. We believe in clear scopes, dependable communication, careful work, and noticing the details that are easy to overlook.

Karissa and Aaron Donnell own and operate Prairie locally in Oklahoma.

From Construction to Ongoing Care

Our work generally falls into three areas:

Property Care provides recurring commercial cleaning, grounds and exterior care, routine property upkeep, periodic services, and documented property observations.

Specialty Cleaning handles the work that falls outside ordinary janitorial programs—from high dusting and commercial kitchen deep cleaning to machine floor cleaning and difficult-access projects.

Post-Construction helps contractors and property owners move commercial projects from active construction through final turnover with progress cleaning, final cleaning, detailed commercial kitchen work, floors, glass, and exterior cleaning.

We Pay Attention to the Property.

Whether we're caring for a property every week or completing a one-time specialty project, our goal is the same: do the work carefully, communicate clearly, and leave the property better than we found it.

Prairie is intentionally building around commercial properties where relationships, responsiveness, and attention to detail still matter.
